Canteen Board is operated by NoffTech LLC, Lacey, Washington.
Phone app members
Open the post in the app and tap Leave. This immediately deletes your membership, display name, push token, and alert groups for that post. Do it for each post. If you no longer have the app, email hello@canteenboard.com with the post's name and the display name you used. We delete it and confirm by email within 45 days (usually much sooner), matching Privacy §8.
Photos, notes, guest book entries, hall requests, birthday listings
Ask the post's officers, or email us with the post name and details.
Officer accounts
Ask your post's admin, or email us.
A whole board
Admins cancel from the officers desk (Billing). Service runs to the end of the paid period, and content is deleted 90 days after that. To delete sooner, email from the owner address.
What is kept
Billing and sign-up records for 7 years (tax and accounting), security logs up to 30 days, backups up to 30 days.
